 Sometimes in greyhound racing the cheap little purchase can reward the owners from an excitement and entertainment perspective in the same vein as the Perth Cup winner rewards its owner financially. The Count Me In syndicate members each threw in a few bucks and picked up the moderately performed Florian Times purely to get a taste of racing and try and have some enjoyment for very little outlay. The small gamble has paid entertainment dividends as she has won three of her last four starts at Northam and had anyone told us that would occur we would have had you committed to the asylum. |

 The books are signed off and the gates are now closed and padlocked. The final few remaining shares in the Six Silver Bullets and the Letting It Ride Syndicates have been sold and now it’s all systems go. The ten members in the Letting It Ride Syndicate now eagerly await their debut runner with the Christine “Diamond” Bennett trained greyhound Let It Ride which should be on Saturday 24 th July while the Six Silver Bullets six members are gearing up for their youngster to grace the track under the expert tutelage of trainer Jimmy “The Gun” Millsteed in the qualifying trials once the syndicate chosen name is back. |
